Bake Scrambled Eggs: Soft, buttery and scrumptiously delicious

A Bake scrambled egg for breakfast may not sound all that special, but you can always spice things up after all this easy breakfast is not only nutritious but also requires almost no time at all. Oven Baked Scrambled Eggs


Unsalted Butter: 2 Tablespoons

Large Eggs: 12 Pcs

Salt: 1 Teaspoon

Milk: 2/3 Cup Chives, chopped for garnish


  1. Preheat the Oven for 5-10 minute at 350 F.
  2. Take a large bowl, crack the eggs and add milk and salt. Then, mix, until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Now pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake. Stirring occasionally and bake again until the eggs reached to your desired consistency.
  4. Once done, garnish the Bake Scrambled Eggs with chopped chives and enjoy! A healthy, nutritious and yummy breakfast.

Baked Scrambled Eggs in Muffin tins


Pork Sausage, bulk: ½ Pounds

Larges Eggs: 12 Pcs

Onion, chopped: ½ Cup

Salt: ½ Teaspoon

Ground Black Pepper: ¼ Teaspoon

Garlic Powder: ¼ Teaspoon Cheddar Cheese, Shredded: ½ Cup


  1. Preheat the Oven for 5-10 minute at 350 F.
  2. Take a large bowl, crack the eggs and beaten them until the mixture turns smooth. Add chopped onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mix. Keep the mixture aside.
  3. Take a skillet and cook the sausage over medium heat until it turns brown, crumbly and is no longer pink.
  4. Drain the sausage once it’s cooled down and mix it into the egg mixture along with cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups and then bake for about 20 minutes or till they come out clean and your baked Scrambled eggs as muffins is ready.

Baked Scrambled Eggs for Breakfast Sandwiches


Large Eggs: 2 Pcs

Whole Milk: 1 Tablespoon

Onions, Chopped and cooked: 1 Tablespoon

Chives, chopped: 1 Teaspoon

Cheddar Cheese, grated: 1 Tablespoon

Brioche Bun, buttered: 1 Pc

Muenster Cheese: 1 Slice

Salt to taste Ground Black Pepper to taste


  1. Take a borosilicate bowl, crack the eggs and mix milk, chives, onion, salt, pepper and mix until the mixture turns smooth.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 30 secs. Mix cheese and then microwave again.
  3. Now add the baked scrambled eggs in between the bun and grease the top of the bun with Muenster cheese and your sandwich is ready!
