Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

Sour Cream: 1 Cup

Full fat Mayonnaise: ½ Cup

Crumbled Blue Cheese: 5 Oz.

Lemon Juice: 1 Tablespoon

Worcestershire Sauce: 1 Teaspoon

Garlic Powder: ¼ Teaspoon

Black Pepper: ¼ Teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Take a food processor.
  2. Pull all the ingredients in it in the instructed amount and blend well until it turns smooth.
  3. Transfer the dip into a mason jar and let it refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Add the desired seasoning it needed, otherwise spread some crumbled blue cheese over it and serve.

Ingredients

Blue Cheese Dip

Sour Cream: ½ Cup

Mayonnaise: ¼ Cup

Garlic, minced: 1 Clove

Fresh lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Milk: 1 tablespoon Blue cheese, crumbled: 4 ounces

Chicken Wings

Butter: ½ Cup

Garlic, minced: 4 cloves

Hot sauce: 1 Cup

Worcestershire sauce: 1 tablespoon

Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons

Chicken wings: 2 pounds

All-purpose flour: 1 cup

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt to taste

Black pepper, freshly cracked, to taste

Directions

  1. To prepare the clue cheese dip, take a food processor.
  2. Pull all the ingredients in it in the instructed amount and blend well until it turns smooth.
  3. Transfer the dip into a mason jar and let it refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Add the desired seasoning it needed, otherwise spread some crumbled blue cheese over it and keep aside.
  5. Heat a medium pan and melt butter and sauté garlic until lightly browned.
  6. Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and let it simmer for about 5 – 6 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  7. Now rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, generously. Then dredge them into the flour, pat off any excess of flour.
  8. Heat the oil in a large sauce in high flame. Once heated, fry the chicken wings until golden brown in small batches. Dry any excess oil with a paper towel.
  9. Pour the sauce over the fried chicken wings or serve them with blue cheese dip and sauce, separately.

Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

Package cream cheese: 8 ounce

Flat-leaf parsley: ½ cup

Green Onions: ¼ Cup

Sour Cream: ½ Cup

White wine vinegar: 2 Tablespoons

Garlic: 1 clove

Hot Sauce: 1 teaspoon

Lemon Zest: 1 teaspoon

Pepper: ½ teaspoon

Crumbled blue cheese: ½ cup

Directions
