  11. Pour milk and keep stirring until milk and cheese become perfectly incorporated in the quinoa. Take a baking dish and pour the cheesy quinoa into it. Add the roasted broccoli on top.
  12. Sprinkle the ¾ cup of cheese to the surface of the casserole along with the bread crumbs.
  13. Bake it for 25 minutes until the upper portion is golden. Let it cool down for 10 minutes before it is ready to be served.
