  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  3. 2 glasses of water (400 ml)

  5. 100 ml of cognac 
  6. 4 slices of white bread (crust removed)
  7. 4 eggs
  8. 200 grams of a button or forest mushroom
  9. Salt and pepper to season
  10. 150 ml of olive oil
