Although, you might say that it’s impossible to make a cookie that’s rich, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth, crispy on the outside and intensely flavoured chocolate cookie with just so few ingredients. However, this cookies recipe is here to prove you wrong! You can make it in a matter of a few minutes and the only utensils you need is a bowl and a fork to mix the ingredients.

Chocolate Meringue Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

Egg whites: 3

Cream of tartar: 1/8 teaspoon

Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon

White sugar: 2/3 cup

Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon

Semisweet chocolate chips: 1/3 cup

Directions

  1. Set the oven to preheat to 300 F for 5 minutes.
  2. Take a bow and add all the ingredients except for cocoa and chocolate chips. Whisk them to make a smooth and glossy mixture.
  3. Now add cocoa and chocolate chip and stir again to combine.
  4. Place them in the shape of small balls in baking already lined with a parchment paper and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  5. When done, let them cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.

Sugar-Free Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Ingredients

Egg whites: 4

Artificial sweetener: 50 g

Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
