Ingredients

Sausage: 1 lb

Egg: 1

Almond flour: 1 Cup

Cheddar Cheese, shredded: 8 ounces

Baking powder: 2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Set the oven to preheat at 350 degrees.
  2. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Use your hands to do so.
  3. Now forms the balls out of the mixture of about ½ – 2 tablespoon in size.
  4. When done, bake them at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until they are slightly brown.
  5. Let them cool down in the wire rack before you dig in!

  2. Microwave butter and cheese in an bowl and keep it aside
  3. Take another bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Use your hands to do so.
  4. Add the mixture to the butter and cheese and mix.
  5. Now forms the balls out of the mixture of about ½ – 2 tablespoon in size.
  6. When done, bake them at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes until they are slightly brown.
