Ingredients- 2 firm underripe mangoes, 1/3 dipping sauce, Six scallions, ¼ fresh mint leaves, ½ cup cilantro leaves and stems, 2/3 cup roasted unsalted peanuts. 

Instructions for mango salad recipe– Peel the mangoes. Cut slices and toss them with the mangoes. Add scallions, herbs and dipping sauce to the bowl. Let the salad sit for a while. At this point, stir the salad occasionally. Now, keep it for up to 30 minutes to sit. Do not forget to add the peanuts before eating.

Ingredients- 2 mangoes

 ½ large red onion

 ½ red pepper

 ½ cup cilantro leaves

 ½ cup basil leaves

 ¼ cup chopped peanuts

For the dressing- 3 tbsps. Lime juice, 11/2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp honey and ½ red Thai chilli. 

Instructions for Thai Mango salad– Shred your mangoes with a Thai vegetable peeler. Mix the mango, red onion, red pepper, herbs and peanuts in a bowl properly. For the dressing, chop the Thai chilli and add it to a cup. Now, add the lime juice, soy sauce, avocado oil, honey and mix all together. Mix the dressing into the mango salad. You can also garnish with herbs and peanuts as per your like.

How to make a green mango salad recipe?
